This waterfront home was built along the Choptank River in Denton, Maryland.  Being on the water is wonderful but can present obstacles with restrictions and set-backs.  We were able to work with the home owner to provide exactly what they wanted and work within the local regulations to build a beautiful custom home.  This two-story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home features a beautiful kitchen with an eye-catching backsplash and a creative painted floor in the sunroom.  Not to mention there are three porches to take in the water views!
