Yes, we will recommend Green Diamond to friends and family if the opportunity arises.  Green Diamond is not like other home builders.  Easy to work with, fair and never made us feel like we were bugging them with our million questions.  We had interviewed other companies to build our home and Green Diamond was the only company willing to listen and discuss what we needed and not tell us.  Green Diamond uses quality subcontractors that demonstrate craftsmanship and allowed us to have direct communication with them.  We appreciate the extra research into the tankless hot water heater as well as the column design and production.  Most importantly, we like that Green Diamond will be coming back in about a years time of completion to make any repairs.  That is unheard of and we truly believe that will happen based on our experiences and its an indication that they stand behind their work.
