This home was located on a tight lot within town limits and we were still able to use Modular Construction for this project.  We reused some of the original home's bricks as per the home owners request to help preserve some of the destroyed home.  This home's kitchen opens to the breakfast nook with a beautiful bay window.  Stairs at the rear of the family room lead upstairs to three comfortably sized bedrooms and a bath.
