We think everything was great! We had a wonderful experience. We loved how we never felt pressured to upgrade anything that we didn’t want to and if we asked for ideas on how to make something work for our family, they were right there to help us! How do you feel the actual construction process went?  Did we keep you informed of the schedule and answer any questions you had? -Amy was always quick to answer any questions that we had along the way. Even with COVID and so many backorders, Green Diamond ordered things ahead of time to make sure that they were in when needed and kept us informed along the way. Would you recommend Green Diamond Builders to colleagues?   If so, what things stand out in your mind that you would share with them about the process? Absolutely! We have already recommended Green Diamond to others who we know are looking to build a new home. Everyone was so friendly and very willing to answer all the questions that we had. They take great pride in all of their builds and really help to make your dreams a reality! Lastly, any additional comments or concerns. We are so grateful that we worked with Green Diamond to build our perfect home in the most perfect location.

Is there anything about our sales or planning process you think we could improve upon?
You all were so patient with us as powerpoints flooded your email in-boxes with ideas, suggestions, recommendations, requests, etc.  Your whole team listened to us and used your knowledge and experience to bring our vision to life.
How do you feel the actual construction process went?  Did we keep you informed of the schedule and answer any questions you had?
How could we say anything other than great?  Given the situation with Covid 19 and the challenges of the build, you all were amazing!  Communication was great.  Contractors were all friendly, cooperative and very skilled.  AMBER ROCKS!!!
Would you recommend Green Diamond Builders to colleagues?  If so, what things stand out in your mind that you would share with them about the process?
We would absolutely recommend Green Diamond Builders and already have to many people and friends on Facebook.  From day one when we meet with Steve, Mary and Amy, "it felt right", we knew you were our builders from the moment we started talking, you felt like family.  We have had multiple people request our floorplan and there seems to be a big interest in pole barn homes. Can't forget Dawn, the one behind the scenes keep those finances coordinated, thank you Dawn!
Lastly, any additional comments or concerns:
Awesome job with the stairs and barn doors!  Wow, they add so much character and the whole house blends so well together, thank you!
Thank you Green Diamond Builders, you were amazing to work with and maybe we can again, we still need a garage!

Is there anything about our sales or planning process you think we could improve upon?  Absolutely nothing
 
How do you feel the actual construction process went?  Did we keep you informed of the schedule and answer any questions you had? The construction process went smoothly, even during a pandemic!!!  We were informed promptly on the schedule and questions were answered quickly
 
Would you recommend Green Diamond Builders to colleagues?   If so, what things stand out in your mind that you would share with them about the process?  We would definitely recommend Green Diamond Builders (and have) to friends and family thinking about building in the future.  What stands out the most is by the time the process was completed we felt like the Green Diamond owners/employees were friends/family.  Not sure you would get that experience anywhere else!!!  And the house/garage is beautiful – all we could have hoped for!!!

We cannot say enough about Green Diamond Builders! From the planning process with Amy (and Mary), to the building with our project manager, Amber, Green Diamond was perfect. They did everything they said they would, ahead of schedule. Our new home is beautiful and the workmanship and design is exceptional. We have recommended them to several people who are looking to build in the Delaware/Maryland area.
