Modern Maturity Center, Dover, DE

The project for Modern Maturity Center in Dover, DE was a 13,676 square foot addition onto an existing building on their campus.  This was a Design Build Process which means Green Diamond Builders worked with the client to design the building and then complete the build.  The design process is much like working with an Architect but we included those services in the price of the project which in turn saved them a considerable amount of money.  Once the design process was completed we coordinated with a Modular Builder to provide the sections of the building. This particular project took three days to put all the modular sections into place and to be under roof.  A considerably quick turn around time compared with an on-site stick build project.  The first floor of this facility houses an Adult Daycare.  The second floor has a doctor's office with 5 exam rooms as well as additional offices and an IT room.
