Is there anything about our sales or planning process you think we could improve upon?

We think everything was great! We had a wonderful experience. We loved how we never felt pressured to upgrade anything that we didn’t want to and if we asked for ideas on how to make something work for our family, they were right there to help us!

How do you feel the actual construction process went?  Did we keep you informed of the schedule and answer any questions you had?

-Amy was always quick to answer any questions that we had along the way. Even with COVID and so many backorders, Green Diamond ordered things ahead of time to make sure that they were in when needed and kept us informed along the way.

Would you recommend Green Diamond Builders to colleagues?   If so, what things stand out in your mind that you would share with them about the process?

Absolutely! We have already recommended Green Diamond to others who we know are looking to build a new home. Everyone was so friendly and very willing to answer all the questions that we had. They take great pride in all of their builds and really help to make your dreams a reality!
