We built our first Barndominium for Dave & Betty. It’s an amazing home with some truly unique features. Here is their feedback from their experience working with Green Diamond Builders.

Is there anything about our sales or planning process you think we could improve upon?
You all were so patient with us as powerpoints flooded your email in-boxes with ideas, suggestions, recommendations, requests, etc. Your whole team listened to us and used your knowledge and experience to bring our vision to life.
How do you feel the actual construction process went? Did we keep you informed of the schedule and answer any questions you had?
How could we say anything other than great? Given the situation with Covid 19 and the challenges of the build, you all were amazing! Communication was great. Contractors were all friendly, cooperative and very skilled. AMBER ROCKS!!!
Would you recommend Green Diamond Builders to colleagues? If so, what things stand out in your mind that you would share with them about the process?
We would absolutely recommend Green Diamond Builders and already have to many people and friends on Facebook. From day one when we meet with Steve, Mary and Amy, “it felt right”, we knew you were our builders from the moment we started talking, you felt like family. We have had multiple people request our floorplan and there seems to be a big interest in pole barn homes. Can’t forget Dawn, the one behind the scenes keep those finances coordinated, thank you Dawn!

Awesome job with the stairs and barn doors! Wow, they add so much character and the whole house blends so well together, thank you!
